Le Coronal Dessert
Ingredients:
1 scoop Lemon Sherbet
1 tablespoon Vodka (good quality)
Instructions:
Place Vodka in a nice, long stem wine or dessert glass. Top with scoop
of sherbet.
Comments:
This is the traditional dish found in all Swiss restaurants. It is
unclear where the name comes from. The sherbet and vodka mix settles heavy
meals nicely.
